Charter for Frederick

Charter Home Rule will ensure more fair representation of all citizens throughout Frederick County. It means good government that discourages patronage and corruption and promotes integrity by its elected and appointed officials. And because the Council will be elected from five districts as well as at large, a wider field of diverse candidates can run for these Council positions.
