Charter for Frederick

Charter Home Rule will help bring more State funding home for things like education and transportation. Our elected County Executive will have a seat at the table when State leaders talk about local funding. We don’t have that now. And when you don’t have a seat at the table, you are on the menu. Frederick County Democrats fully support Charter Home Rule.
